Recieved letter from Tracy Scarlett from the NATRC about a award for the High point MPH Horse.Jerry Murphy made a motion to provide a plaque to the winning MPH horse James Murrell 2nd. motion.Motion Passed.

AAEP Foundation requested a item from the MPHA for there auction.James made a motion to send a print.Jerry 2nd. Motion passed.

Another High Point show was added for Sept.25,2004 to be held at the Owlsly Co.saddle club show grounds.

Jerry made motion to reenter 12000.00into a CD.Lenny 2nd.Motion passed.

General discussion on how to bring up membership.

Gordon presented new and renewed membership list.Jerry made motion to accept members.James 2nd.Motion passed.

Jerry presented the Profit and Loss statement.James made motion to accept.Lenny 2nd.Motion passed.

Discussion was brought up and a paid lifetime membership at the sum of 500.00.The original mebers will now be known as Founding Members.Lenny made the motion for the Lifetime Membership.Dave Spradlin 2nd.Motion passed.
