Profit and Loss presented by Jerry Murphy.  Gordon Riffe made a motion to accept.  2nd by Johnnie Green.  Motion passed.

 

Members appointed to the nominating committee; Paul Stamper, Pollyanna Shouse, Ron McGlaughlin, Greg Brewer

 

James Murrell will take care of High Point awards for the Christmas Dinner on Dec. 4.

 

Mike Spradlin presented prices for new tri-fold brochures.  $500/1000, $600/2500, $850/5000

 

There will be a limited number of co-op ads at $50.00 on the tri-fold brochures for a printing of 5,000.  Anyone wanting to advertise on the brochure can contact Mike Spradlin.
