Gordon Rife red the minutes from last meeting.Jerry Murphy made the motion to accept the minutes as red.Montie Hobs 2nd.Motion passed.

Jerry Murphy presented the Profit and Loss statement.Gordon Rife made the motion to accept the Profit and Loss statement.Paul Stamper 2nd.Motion passed.

 

Jerry Murphy said he would be resigning as Treasurer as of this meeting.

 

Montie Hobs made motion for Becky Beal as Treasurer Paul Stamper 2nd.Motion Passed.

 

Will have a special board meeting 1-24-08 to fill the rest of the Officers for the 2008 year.
