 Meeting called to order by Mike Spradlin at 7:13

Board Members present;Monty Hobbs,James Murrell,Johnie Greene,Jerry Murphy,Gordon Rife,Travis Smith,Richard Roe,Mike Spradlin and Dave Spradlin.

Jerry Murphy presented the Profit and Loss statement;Gordon Rife made motion to accept.Richard Roe 2nd.Motion passed

Monty Hobbs made motion for Mike Spradlin to persue with Stephine Mogucki for registry services.Richard Roe 2nd.Motion passed.

Membership fee's from now till July 1.2006 will be 25.00.Then from July 2,2006 till the end of the year will be 12.50.Then as of Jan.1,2007 all membership will be due to renew.Then all memberships will run from Jan.1 to Dec.31.Jerry Murphy made motion to accept change.Travis Smith 2nd.Motion passed.

Transfer fee's as of now are 15.00.As of April 1,2006 the fee will go to 25.00.Richard Roe made motion to accept new change.Jerry Murphy 2nd.Motion passed

Name changes will be 100.00.No name changes will be granted to any horse that has sired or has foaled any get.Travis Smith made motion to accept new change.Gordon Rife 2nd.Motion passed

Duplicate papers will be 25.00.Jerry Murphy made motion to accept new change.Dave Spradlin 2nd.Motion passed.

Notice all changes will take affect Apr.1,2006 accept the membership fee's.They will take affect as stated above.

Richard Roe brought up the idea of having a on line Mag.He will bring a sample of the on line mag. to the next meeting for the board to view.

Monty Hobbs made motion to reinstate the Hi-Point show program.James Murrell 2nd.5 votes in favor of motion.3 votes apossed.Motion passed.
