 Meeting called to order at 7:36

 

 Board members present:Mike Spradlin,Dave Spradlin,Richard Roe,Jerry Murphy,Gordon Rife.

 

 Profit and Loss presented by Jerry Murphy.Gordon Rife made motion to accept P&L.Richard Roe 2nd.Motion passed.

 

 Richard Roe stated that he had 2 people so far to help with the on-line mag.

 

 Mike Spradlin brought up that with the saving of not printing the mag.6 times a year we should check into advertising in some national gaited mag.

 

 Disscusion on Show rules..about changing the called gaits from 2 to 3 gaits in the ring.There will be 3 gaits Walk,Show walk and Mountain Pleasure Gait.

 

 Richard Roe made the motion to accept the changes in the show rules.To change from 2 gaits to 3 gaits.Walk,Show walk,and Mountain Pleasure gait.The Mountain Pleasure gait will remain as is.the Show walk will be in between the Walk and Mountain Pleasure gait.Dave Spradlin 2nd.Motion passed.

 

 Richard Roe brought up a question about the judges for the shows.Discusion insued about the judges.

 

 Richard Roe made motion for show purposes that we accept all RMHA judges to judge our classes at the Mountain Pleasure shows.Gordon Rife 2nd.Motion passed

 

 Gordon Rife made motion if there is RMHA licened judge hired by the show management that is the judge we will use for our classes in that show.If there is not a licened RMHA judge hired by the show management a judge will be randomly picked from total avalible pool of judges.Judges will be picked before the shows.Richard Roe 2nd.Motion passed.
