Meeting called to order by Gary Campbell at 7:50
Board members present;Gary Campbell,James Murrell,Jerry Murphy,Mike and David Spradlin,Gordon Rife.

Porfit and Loss statement presented by Jerry Murphy.Mike made the motion to accept.Gordon 2nd.Motion passed.

Gordon presented the new and renewed membership.Jerry made motion to accept.James 2nd.Motion passed.

Discussion on Magazine.The difference in the cost is about 200.00.

Discussion on having the printer print the names on the mag.,Bar code them and pre-sort them there will run about 150.00 more per issue.

David mad motion for mags.to be labeled and sent from printers.Jerry 2nd.Motion passed.

The Female Halter Championship will be in honor of Sarah Back.

The Male Halter Championship will be in honor of Hiram Combs.

Ballots for up coming elections will be sent out 1st class mail.

Discussion On Equine Affaire@ Louisville Ky.For the Sept.2005.And for Equine Affaire in Columbus Ohio in April 2005.We will need people and horses for prior commitment to show in Breed demo.and Breed stall.Please get in touch with Gordon Rife.If you would be interested in participating.
