Sherry Hunter gave Nominating Committee Report;Jerry Murphy,Mike Spradlin,Johnnie Green And Richard Roe will be running this year.

David Spradlin made the motion to accept the Nominating Committee report.John Smith 2nd. Motion passed

Jerry Murphy made motion to adjourn meeting.Gordon Rife 2nd Motion Passed.
