     Female halter by Mike Spradlin in memory of Laura Stamper

    Mike Spradlin will be submitting a application to K.E.E.P. for monies for the World Championship Show

    Mike Spradlin went to meeting with the KEEP board discussing how to split monies for the Ky breed incentive.

    August 5-7,2005 the MPHA will be putting on a demo.at the Lexington Horse Park.

    Gaited Horse Mag. fall issue will be doing a salute to Moon.We will have a 1/2 page add in that issue. James Murrell made motion to run ad as a Co-Op ad.Dave Spradlin 2nd.Motion passed

    Co-op ad will be 50.00 per ad.

    Jerry Murphy presented The profit and loss statement.Gordon Rife made motion to accept.Monty Hobbs 2nd.Motion passed.
