Gary Campbell called meeting to order at 8:05PM

Magazine went to printers and will be sent by UPS and received by Sat.

 

Discussion on the make up date for the Booneville Show.  It will be posted on the website as soon as resceduled.

 

Mike Spradlin has been in contact with the Kentucky Horse Park about a demo weekend for the MPHA.  All weekends in 2004 are booked, but we were welcomed in 2005.

 

DQP classes are tentatively scheduled for the weekend of July 17, 2004.   Contact Gary Campbell for registration.

 

Mike Spradlin has been in contact with the United Mountain Horse Association.  They have agreed to add 4 classes in all their shows in 2005 for the Mountain Pleasure Horse.   It was agreed by all board members that Mike should pursue this.

 

The MPH World Show is in the Greenbook, Sept. 11 2004  4PM

 

The picture on the front page of the website should be the same as the front cover of the magazine.  Mike will get with Richard Roe and update the site.

 

Motion to accept the profit and loss statement made by Gordon, 2nd by Montie Hobbs. Motion passed.
