Mike Spradlin gave Jerry Murphy a check from K.E.E.P for 500.00 dollars.

Gordon Rife made a motion to use the money from KEEP to use to buy coolers and go towards the High Points award plaques.Jerry Murphy 2nd.Motion passed

Mike gave report on KEEP breeders incentives.

Jerry Murphy gave a report on the Mag.for the last 3 years.It has operated at a substancle loss.

Jerry Murphy made a motion that due to lack of monatery support for advertizing in the mag.That the Asso. only print one issue per year and that be the Stallion issue.Monty Hobbs 2nd.Motion passed 

James Murrell made a motion to start developing the MPHA web site to sell on web on a month to month basis.For the main picture on the web site of 150.00 dollars a month.Monty Hobbs 2nd.Motion passed.

Breeder ads on the Internet will be 25.00 a year

The price of blood kits went up from University of Kentucky

James Murrell made motion to raise the price of blood kits to 46.00.Gordon Rife 2nd.Motion passed.

Jim Hargrove has a Mag.called Gaited.The 1st issue will be winter 2006.The MPHA will have a ad in that mag.
