Discusion was held on the Gaited Horse mag.ad.Will continue the ad.

Jim Hargrove will give a price quote on publishing the MPHA mag.

Monty Hobbs made a motion to accept the Profit and Loss statement.James Murrell 2nd.

Jerry Murphy made a motion to accept the new and renewed members.Monty Hobbs
2nd.Motion passed

Mike Spradlin talked with Cary Lumus from the Daniel Boone National Forrest
service.The dates for the trail ride May 21,22,23,2004 are reserved.Please contact
Mike Spradlin or Gordon Rife for more info.It will be primative camping so riders
will need to bring water and all supplies.

Gordon Rife updated board on Equine Affaire.Our demo.will be on Friday March 26,2004
at 9:45 am at the Vinovich Building.It is looking as if we will have 5 to 6 horses
representing the MPHA.

Gordon Rife presented a e-mail from Ron and Laurie Mayes concerning some
registration papers.Gary Campbell said papers are ready to send out in the mail.

James Murrell brought up a discusion about not getting papers on a MPHA horse from a
person that promised paperwork on sale of horse two years ago and has not been
supplied paperwork yet.

Don Gabbard made a motion for the MPHA to rent a golf cart at the Equine Affaire to
assist members in moving tack and equipment to and from areas.Jerry Murphy
2nd.Motion passed

Gordon Rife presented a e-mail from Joanna Swartz concerning establishing a
affiliate MPHA chapter in the North East.After some discusion Jerry Murphy made a
motion not to have affiliate chapters at this time.Johnie Green 2nd.Motion passed.

Recieved letter from the NY State College of Ag.Concerning a equine science
book.Wanting a picture and brief discription of our breed.Motion to particapate made
